Terms & Conditions
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER ( HIRER ) TO ENSURE THAT ALL POSSIBLE STEPS ARE TAKEN TO AVOID INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO THE INFLATABLE.
1- Inflatables are strictly for children ( unless otherwise specified ) under no circumstances should adults enter on to the inflatable as this may result in damage, as the hirer, you will be responsible for any subsequent damage.
2- You, the hirer, are responsible for injury or damage whilst the equipment is on hire to you, you are strongly advised to take out public liability insurance ( check your household policy ) covering the use of inflatables for the period of time it is on hire to you.
3- You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the inflatable is in use.
4- Avoid mixing age groups/ sizes when the inflatable is in use, also avoid overcrowding. Advised user numbers can be found on customer safety check sheet.
5- As well as the inflatable, all other equipment, for the period of the hire agreement, is your responsibility, loss or damage will be charged for
6- On NO account should any of the following be allowed on or near the inflatable, Food, drink, spectacles, sharp objects, soap, silly string or coloured streamers, ( the latter two being virtually impossible to remove )
7- NO SMOKING on or near the inflatable.
8- All footwear to be removed before entering on to the inflatable.
9- Under no circumstances should any equipment be realeased to anyone other than a representative of Funtime Inflatables, if in any doubt, please contact us.
10- All units have been checked prior to delivery to your premises, please check equipment before signing the customer safety sheet.
11- Please ensure you have a good clean space available to put the inflatable, on NO account will an inflatable be left if there are any signs of dog fouling, if it's on the ground, it's on our equipment.
12- Do not allow children to climb the walls of any inflatable, they are there as a safety feature, not as a climbing aid.
13- Should you have heavy rain or extereme wind conditions, it is advised to switch the blower off, upon re-inflatation, any rain water can be dried off using a towel.
14- Wet weather policy- we will happily cancel your booking due to inclement weather, however, once the inflatable has been delivered and inflated, the booking will be deemed to have been honoured and payment in full will be due.
15- Hire payments will be due on delivery by way of cash, cheques only accepted if cleared 7 days prior to hire booking.
16- We reserve the right to levy a £15.00 cleaning charge for any inflatable that is returned excessively soiled.
