How do we book?
We encourage customers to book online, the system has our most up to date stock levels and knows what assets are available on your chosen date. All you have to do is choose your product, check the availability and complete your details in the form, you will then receive a confirmation email of your order.
Can we cancel at any time?
We allow cancellation up to 30 days before the event free of charge.
What do I need to do prior to your arrival?
Please ensure that the access to where you require the product is clear and that your garden is free from debris and animal foul. Where this is not the case we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
What if it rains on the day?
Your call, remember, forecasters get it wrong all the time, also, the weather can change from AM to PM. Also all our outdoor castles do come with sewn in shower covers.
What if its windy?
We will decide on the day of the hire whether or not to site the inflatable, wind can be a dangerous element and if we believe safety would be compromised, we will have the final decision on fulfilling the booking. Inflatables cannot be operated in winds exceeding 24mph.
Do we need an extension lead?
No, all equipment required is provided by ourselves, our electrics are fitted with IP44, splash proof plugs, we do NOT use domestic extension leads as these are not meant for outdoor use in wet weather.
Are adults allowed to use the castles?
NO, unless it is specifically for adults. Children's castles have different build qualities therefore adults using children's castles stand a very good chance of damaging them, all charges for any repair costs caused by adult use, will be passed on to you, the hirer.
